Paul Hart Continued

Two years as Sous Chef at the Michelin starred Moody Goose Restaurant in Bath followed, before Paul took up his first Head Chef position at the four AA Red Star Cringletie House Hotel in Peebles. Here Paul led his team to achieve the award of two AA rosettes for the hotel's restaurant.

 

Paul also spent three-and-a-half years at the 5 Red Star Old Course Hotel, St Andrews, where he was renowned for his excellent tasting menu... and worked hard to attain 3 Rosette's for the restaurant.
